MediaFare collects only the information needed to operate this site, measure site performance, and provide services that visitors request.

Email subscriptions

We use permission-based email signup. A visitor must provide an email address, agree to receive MediaFare emails, and confirm the subscription before regular mail is sent. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in our emails.

We do not purchase mailing lists, scrape email addresses, or intentionally add people to marketing lists without their request.

Delivery and suppression

We monitor delivery failures, complaints, and unsubscribe requests so addresses that should no longer receive mail can be suppressed from future sends.

Analytics

We use self-hosted analytics to understand site traffic and improve the website. Analytics data is used for site operation and performance measurement rather than for selling email addresses or mailing-list data.
